A Note for parents…
Being in front of a camera can feel uncomfortable for so many of us, and simultaneously having to wrangle little ones can make a group photo session seem stressful and intimidating. As a parent, I understand that sentiment completely! And that’s why I approach these sessions as an organic process that simply flows as we get to know each other and explore the environment around us.
While some photos will include intentional posing, many will be more natural—snapped while you’re interacting with loved ones in a genuine way. I’ve found that the most stunning photographs happen when my subjects are feeling relaxed and themselves.
